Privacy Policy
Savvy Tech Sphere, LLC operates savvytechsphere.com as a small portfolio site that points visitors to free browser games at sts.games and small no-signup web tools at stsapps.biz, and that hosts a small set of paid-product pages for our own products. This page describes what data this site collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about your data.
What this site is
savvytechsphere.com is mostly a static-content hub. The home page surfaces a "What's new" feed and links to our two product sites. The site also hosts product pages for our own paid products (see "Paid-product pages" below). We do not run an account system on this site, store user profiles, or sell or share data with advertisers.
What's new feed
The "What's new" section is rendered from a static, server-bundled file
(data/whats-new.json) that ships with the site. It contains
only editorial content authored by us. No user data is collected, stored,
or transmitted by the hub feed. Clicking a card takes you to the linked
destination; the destination site has its own privacy policy.
Paid-product pages
savvytechsphere.com hosts a small set of product pages for our own paid products. Each product has a landing page that describes the product, a "get" link that sends you to the product's checkout, and a thank-you page shown after a completed purchase. These pages do not ask you to create an account and do not collect your name, email, or payment details on this site.
When you choose to buy a product, the "get" link takes you to a checkout page hosted by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party checkout and payment processor and merchant of record. The information you enter to complete a purchase, such as your name, email address, and payment details, is provided directly to Lemon Squeezy and is handled under Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy, which you can read at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. We may receive order information from Lemon Squeezy (for example, that a purchase was made and the email address used) so we can deliver your purchase and provide support.
On these product pages we emit the same kind of lightweight, first-party measurement events described under "Analytics" below (for example, that a product page was viewed or that a purchase was confirmed). These events carry no personal data: no name, email, or payment information, only the event name, the page, a product identifier, and a timestamp.
Contact form (current)
At the time of this writing, savvytechsphere.com still hosts a contact form on the home page. The form collects only the fields you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
When you submit the form, the contents are delivered to us via email. We do not retain submissions in a database on this site. We use Cloudflare Turnstile when configured to reduce automated spam; Turnstile may collect limited browser metadata for that purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy notice for details. We are in the process of removing the contact form from this site; this section will be updated when that work ships.
What we do not do
- We do not set tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.
- We do not sell or share your personal data.
- We do not collect contract-work, consulting, or services data on this site.
Server logs
Our hosting infrastructure may record standard HTTP request information (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for operational purposes such as security, abuse mitigation, and debugging. Logs are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
Analytics
We may emit lightweight first-party measurement events (for example, "the visitor clicked a hub call-to-action", "a product page was viewed", or "a purchase was confirmed") to a measurement endpoint we configure. These events do not include personal data: they carry only the event name, the page, a product identifier where relevant, and a timestamp; they do not carry your name, email, or payment details. Depending on configuration, this measurement endpoint may be processed by a third-party analytics provider acting on our behalf. We do not use these events for third-party advertising or to build cross-site behavioral profiles.
Your data rights
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you have sent us, use the contact form and mention that your message is a privacy request. Please include enough information for us to locate your submission (for example, the email address you used and the approximate date).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes (for example, the planned removal of the contact form), we will note the change in the relevant section.
