14-day, no-questions refund
If Usable Browser Agent is not right for you, request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No reason required.
How to request a refund
Use the refund or contact link in your Lemon Squeezy order receipt, or the contact link on the product page. Lemon Squeezy is our seller of record and processes the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 14 days
Because the Software is a digital product that runs locally and is fully functional once delivered, refunds are generally not available after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable law.
What this does not change
A refund ends your license: you must stop using the Software and remove it from your devices. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region.
