End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to this Agreement and your payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for your own personal or internal business purposes, on machines you own or control.

Each purchase entitles one licensee and includes a license key issued at checkout as your proof of license. Please use the Software only on machines you own or control, and do not share your license key or the Software with others.

2. Updates

Your purchase includes Software updates released within twelve (12) months of purchase. After that period the Software keeps working, and continued access to new updates may require a renewal or new purchase. We are not obligated to produce any particular update or feature.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This is proprietary software; it is not open source.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

1. resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software or your license key;
2. publish, host, or otherwise make the signed extension package or installer available to others;
3. remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software;
4. use the Software in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated by reference);
5. use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to access accounts or data that are not your own and that you are not authorized to access.

5. Your responsibilities

The Software runs on your machine and operates your own browser using your own logged-in sessions and credentials. You are solely responsible for:

1. the accounts, sites, and data you direct the Software to act on;
2. complying with the terms of service, acceptable use rules, and applicable laws of every site or service you use the Software with;
3. choosing which sites and credentials to expose to an automated agent. The Software does not sandbox what an agent can do on a site you are already logged into. Only use it with sites and accounts you are comfortable letting an agent operate.

6. Credentials and local-only operation

The Software is designed so that credentials you store in its local vault are not sent to the AI model or to any cloud service, including us. Credential handling, its guarantees, and its limits are described in the product documentation (Credential Safety). Those design measures reduce risk but are not a guarantee against every threat (for example, malware on your machine, or your own choice to expose a high-value account). You remain responsible for the security of your machine and your accounts.

7. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PARTICULAR SITE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WEBSITES CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND MAY BREAK AUTOMATION AT ANY TIME.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SAVVY TECH SPHERE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR ACCOUNTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. No support

The Software is sold on a self-serve, no-support basis. We provide written documentation and FAQs only. There is no service level agreement, no guaranteed response time, and no obligation to provide individual technical support. If the Software does not work for you, your remedy is the Refund Policy.

10. Termination

This Agreement applies for as long as you use the Software. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from your devices. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available with the product listing and in this repository. The seller of record (Lemon Squeezy) processes refunds.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, where Savvy Tech Sphere, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Software is the state and federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement for new versions of the Software. The version that applied when you purchased continues to govern that purchase. Material changes will be posted with the product.
